Who you are buying from
Still is made by FUJI TECH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY and sold direct from this site.
The payment is taken through Stripe Managed Payments, and Link, LLC is the seller of record, selling on behalf of FUJI TECH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. Stripe’s Managed Payments terms govern the payment; your purchase appears as Sold through Link on the receipt and as LINK.COM on your card statement.
Price
Still costs $5.00 US, once. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase.
Any sales tax or VAT for your country is added at checkout and shown before you pay; the total you see in the checkout is the total you are charged.
What you get
The download is a signed, notarized build of Still for macOS 15 or later, universal for Apple Silicon and Intel. There is no licence key, nothing to activate, and no sign-in: Still runs offline, for as long as you like, on any Mac you use. Install it on the Macs that are yours to use, and please buy another copy rather than passing the file on.
Updates to Still are included. The newest version is whichever one this site gives you the next time you download.
Downloads and re-downloads
After a direct purchase, Stripe returns you to www.stillfocus.app/download and the disk image, named for its version, downloads straight away. To download again later, come back to that same page and enter the email address you bought with together with the order number on your Stripe receipt. Keep the receipt: with no account and no licence key, it is the thing that shows the purchase is yours.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back. No reason needed. Write to support@stillfocus.app with the email address you bought with, and the payment returns to the card or account you paid with. Stripe’s own support can also settle a refund for you. A refund closes the download: the copy already on your Mac keeps running, because Still has nothing in it that checks.
Where Still is sold
Still is sold through this site only. There is no other store that can look up this purchase, and anything offering Still elsewhere is not from us. If Still is ever sold somewhere else as well, these terms will say so before it is.
Licences
Still’s source code is published under the MIT licence, copyright FUJI TECH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. That licence covers the code, the icon, the procedural artwork, the synthesized soundscapes, and the two parts of the breathing sessions that Still’s own code makes: the soft cues at each change of breath, and the music under Settle in.
The fourteen bundled music recordings are not part of the MIT licence. They are included for listening within Still. The same goes for the music under the Calm down and Let go breathing sessions and for the voice guide’s narration: these recordings are not part of the MIT licence either, and are included for listening within Still. Music you import remains yours, under whatever rights it already had.
If something goes wrong
Still is provided as is. If it does not work as described, tell us at support@stillfocus.app and we will try to put it right; within the refund window you can simply have your money back. Nothing on this page reduces the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Changes and contact
These terms may change for future versions. The date at the top is the date they last did, and the terms that applied when you bought remain the ones that apply to that purchase. Questions go to support@stillfocus.app.
